Diane Vireday and Monkey Ruiz have been teaching Red Cross CPR and other courses for over five years. Since 2001, we have held classes with the Red Cross in Oregon, Washington, New Mexico and Texas. We also help people be ready with wilderness first aid - when the grid goes down - when you're too far from the ER.

They knew each other in college, and then didn't meet again until 30 years later. Diane was an EMT and gardener in herbal medicine. Monkey is a storyteller and teacher.
