BLS (Basic Life Support) (CLASSROOM)

Our classroom is in Cedar Park near Whitestone & Bell. 

• Blended Learning Classes We REQUIRE the online training to be COMPLETE BEFORE the in-person class. Students must complete the online coursework prior to attending the class. Access to the online coursework will be provided via email upon completion of registration. 
• All classes require payment in full to reserve your spot. Class sizes are limited to 8 people to create an excellent student/teacher ratio, so please reserve your spot as early as possible. Refunds will be granted to those who cancel 5 days prior to the class. Students may transfer to a different class at no additional cost if they notify us at least 24 hours in advance of their originally scheduled class. To request a transfer, please contact our office by phone or email. Less than 24 Hours Notice: If notice is given less than 24 hours before the class, the class fee will be lost. Students may re-register for 50% off their new class fee. Only 1 transfer per student and once a transfer has been completed, no refunds will be granted. Once a class begins, there will be no transfers or refunds.
  
• CANCELLATIONS DUE TO LOW ENROLLMENT: The course may be canceled due to low enrollment. Students will be provided no less than 1 days notice and will be offered additional class options. 
• LATE POLICY:  15 minutes grace period for classes. You will not be allowed to attend if you are late and will be required to register for another class.
• Private Group Training: All terms and conditions apply to the group package. A final      Training Agreement will be provided once the time and date have been confirmed.  If for any reason Firelight Medics cannot accommodate your request, an immediate refund will be processed. 
• For the ARC online learning course troubleshooting, please let us know.
  
• **WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY** Please be advised that Firelight Medics follows local school closings and county government offices/libraries as a guideline for cancellations.  The school district/county in which the class locations fall will be the standard. If a class is held and students do not attend, registration is lost, and a new class registration will be required. All cancellation/transfer fees remain in effect.**
