MONDAY NIGHT WORKSHOP- HERBAL FIRST AID KIT: EVERYTHING ELSE + WOUNDS + INFECTIONS

ONE OF FOUR CLASSES - Get a good start on herbal medicine, how to find the herbs, how to make them, and how to use them for various everyday ailments, and for first aid. PREREQUISITE: at least 2 of the other MONDAY NIGHT classes! 

Course includes: HOW TO MAKE, HOW TO USE, and WHY to use herbs for various ailments, especially wounds and infections. 

Online content re over 25 local herbs. Personalized instruction. Hands-on working with herbs.

How to make salves, tinctures and teas and other remedies, one of four Monday Night classes in Cedar Park. 

Learn how and even more importantly WHY you need an Herbal First Aid Kit of your own. You will know where the contents come from, how strong they are, and what you need for yourself or family. 

We will spend 2 hours talking about body systems, ailments, and what herbal remedies can help in emergency first aid situations, as well as aftercare. Bleeding, infections, rashes, internal ailments, headaches, bites, and more are covered in this class. 

Starter herbal kits are demonstrated, as well as checklists, a manual, and other information on how to build your own kit. We meet once a month every Monday evening in Cedar Park.
